Different streaming platforms have different rules on what content they'll accept, and very different processing speeds.
For example, some platforms like YouTube don't accept tracks with publicly available beats and loops, and some platforms like Apple Music have much stricter metadata requirements and much slower processing times.
The Delivery in Progress screen helps you see which platforms have your music ready to go out on release day, and which ones are still processing, or have deemed your content unsuitable in its current form.
A green tick of course means your release is fully delivered and ready to go! But if the release date is near, and there's still no green tick, the first thing to do is to check your email and spam/junk folder. If there's something about your release that's making your release ineligible for one or more platforms, we'll always email you about it, and let you know what steps you can take to fix it.
If there's no correspondence from us, the streaming platform in question might just be working their way through a big queue of submissions, but feel free to reach out to us so we can investigate!
